One Last Word: Wisdom from the Harlem Renaissance by Nikki Grimes (Bloomsbury Publishers)
The Flora Stieglitz Straus Award
Hawk Mother: The Story of a Red Tailed Hawk Who Hatched Chicks by Kara Hagedorn (Web of Life Publishers)
The recipients will be honored on April 5th from 9:00 – 11:00 in the Tabas Auditorium at Bank Street College of Education.
